Folding Technologies
PivaBend folding machines are designed for steel thickness up to 2 mm (0.078”), and applied for blank size up to 3 000 x 1 500 mm (120 x 59”). Pivatic also provides MPB benders which are capable of bending up to 4 mm (0.157”) material thickness and blank lengths up to 8 000 mm (314”). PivaBend is suitable for materials with sensitive surfaces such as pre-painted stainless steel and aluminum.

Long-side Benders FLN / FLW
The long-side sheet metal benders FLN (Folding Long Narrow) and FLW (Folding Long Wide) are designed to bend either only upwards or upwards and downwards.
Short-side Benders FSW / FST
PivaBend FSW (Folding Short Wide) sheet metal benders are the standard for short side bending in Pivatic. The FSW consists of two traversing bending machines with part positioning.
